By accessing or using Cover ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

## 2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. Cover is a private, invitation-only platform. Access is granted at the discretion of league commissioners.

## 3. Use of Service

Cover is a sports pool management platform. It is not a gambling or wagering product. No money is exchanged between users through the Service.

## 4. Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.

## 5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cover shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

## 6. Changes to These Terms

Cover reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes require your re-acceptance.
